Artist Statement:

These pieces are part of a repurposed children's board book. Layering image transfers from fashion magazines over vintage photos that have been altered with acrylic paint, I aim to connect our modern world to that of our ancestors, past and future. The work attempts to convey what it is to cycle between the physical and spiritual dimensions of our universe, realizing that our time here is limited.
